The Rockridge Community Planning Council (RCPC) has established a consultant fund to pay for the cost of hiring expert consultants to review and comment on the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for Safeway's 62,000 sq. ft. College Avenue Shopping Center. The shopping center details can be found here.
